Management Team

Michael is the founder and CEO of PCIS and oversees all business functions and drives strategy, leading a team of business information management and software development.

With more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty systems, Michael has managed the development, implementation, installation and support of accounts and products for many major companies, including Allstate Insurance, Hertz Claims Management, American Reinsurance, The Hartford Group, and AIG.

Prior to founding PCIS, Michael headed LDS Group, a software development firm focused on property and casualty customized systems. He received a B.A. from Hunter College, City University of New York, and completed graduate work at the College of Insurance, Polytechnic Institute.

McRae has over 30 years experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. He began his career in the industry as a retail agent in an independent agency. Previously, McRae was a financial examiner for the South Carolina Department of Insurance and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.

McRae was the co-founder of Lalande Financial Group in Miami, Fl. Upon its sale to Gainsco, Inc., he assumed the role of CEO of the personal lines division. After retiring from Gainsco in 2002, he worked as an independent consultant for several years. In 2007, he joined PCIS as COO. With an in-depth knowledge of insurance company operations, he has successfully implemented several policy and claims management systems.

Mr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Georgette oversees strategic planning for PCIS, managing sales and marketing activity, client relationships, and project management functions for the company. She works with clients to identify their needs, matching them with the PCIS staff to implement customized solutions. Georgette began her career in insurance software in 1993, driving sales and developing training materials for the company's software and online systems.

In 1998, Georgette co-founded International Eco-Peace Village in Cyprus, where she served as director of programs and development. She managed public relations, fundraising, programs, and volunteers for this non-governmental organization. She returned to her present role at PCIS in 2002.

Georgette is a member of National Association of Insurance Women (NYC Chapter) and is a member of the Industry Relations committee for the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association.

Georgette received a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University.

Gus oversees the design of new features and functions for PCIS' Vision products. His key responsibilities are to analyze and design new system requirements and interface with clients and developers to continually perfect PCIS business solutions.

Gus has been with PCIS since its inception, working with some of the largest companies in the property and casualty industry. He spearheaded the design and successful implementation of the PCIS Vision product line.

Gus participated in committees sponsored by the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) to develop software standards for the surety industry.

He received a B.A. from Queens College, City University of New York.

Curtis leads the professional services team which provides key support and system analysis to clients. His group is responsible for client configuration, analysis and consulting services.

Curtis' extensive background in statistical and econometric analysis includes 15 years of Information Systems (IS) and insurance industry experience working with entities ranging from private insurance carriers to regulatory agencies.

Prior to his current role at PCIS, he served as Business Analyst with the Texas Mutual Insurance Company and as Vice President with Aon Insurance Management of Texas, overseeing IS functions for the company. As Chief of State Administration with the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission, Curtis was actively involved in preparing the first risk management manuals and guidelines for the State of Texas, taking these items from concept to distribution.
