Allstate Insurance Company

This project is complex and multi-year. PCIS is contracted currently to move Allstate’s application to ClaimsVISION that is slated to Go Live November 2017 on a managed hosted environment and will be providing full services for security, disaster recovery business continuity and operational support of the solution.

Ryder System Inc

Ryder’s Risk Management department handles claim and risk operations for all of Ryder Global Services across 50 states and Canada. Ryder has been a client of PCIS’ for more than 15 years. This new project i enterprise solution includes 17 interfaces, multiple of which are internal legacy systems as well as external third-party systems. This ClaimsVISION solution is deployed in a SaaS managed model.

County of Los Angeles

The GenIRIS legacy system was converted and migrated to PCIS’ next generation platform – ClaimsVISION claims management base system. This project is in production and went live November 2015. They recently in February signed a new work order expanding their use of ClaimsVISION. The conversion effort required the full migration of 30 years of data, including over 500,000 claims, 80,000 vendor records and 1.9 million documents. The County currently uses ClaimsVISION for its Workers Compensation business.

New York City

New York City is live with ClaimsVISION’s FROI/SROI module for workers’ compensation.  They have been a longstanding client on PCIS’ GenComp and are implementing the rest of the ClaimsVISION’s modules for full claims/risk management, live in July 2017. The City of New York is a self-insured employer utilizing PCIS’ claims technology to administer claims for 250,000 city employees in 42 departments.  PCIS has extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing solutions for City of New York for more than 30 years. NYC Law Department handles approximately 15,000 new claims annually. NYC has a total claims count of 400,000. Interfaces include:  Custom finance interface to controller, CMS Medicare, StrataCare Bill Review, ISO Claims Search.
